1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Akbar Opan ("the Platform," "we," "us"). By creating an account on Akbar Opan, logging in, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms without reservation.

Akbar Opan reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. 2 Eligibility

To register and use Akbar Opan, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

3 Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one account on Akbar Opan. Creating more than one account — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the original may be closed, balances forfeited, and the player may be permanently excluded from the platform.

When registering, you must provide your real full name, a valid and accessible email address, an accurate date of birth, and a contact number. All details must match the identity documents you hold. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Akbar Opan will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure. • Do not share your password with anyone — including friends, family, or third-party betting services.
• Do not allow others to use your account to place bets or access casino games on your behalf.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or apps.

Akbar Opan may carry out identity verification checks at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when bonus funds are involved. You may be asked to submit a copy of your CNIC, a recent bank statement, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Akbar Opan are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The minimum deposit on Akbar Opan is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your playing balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — instant transfers via JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically credited within a few minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.

Withdrawals are processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until any active wagering requirements on bonus funds have been completed.

• Only deposit funds that belong to you — third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made via payment methods not registered in your name may be declined or subject to additional verification.
• Akbar Opan does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Funds in your Akbar Opan account do not accrue interest.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Akbar Opan may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is made. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses on Akbar Opan carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that indicates how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 30,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are always specified in the individual promotion terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not withdrawable as cash until wagering requirements are met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the time window specified in the promotion. Expired bonus offers cannot be applied retroactively.

• Attempting to abuse the bonus system — including through duplicate accounts, collusion, or stake manipulation — will result in the bonus being voided and the account reviewed for suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All casino games on Akbar Opan — including video slots, live dealer games, table games, and any other titles available in the casino lobby — are governed by the individual game rules supplied by the game developer. These rules are accessible within each game. Akbar Opan does not modify the core mechanics or payout structures of any third-party game.

For sports betting, the settlement of all bets is based on the official result of the relevant match, event, or competition as confirmed by the recognised governing body of that sport. For cricket, this includes outcomes verified by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the International Cricket Council (ICC), or the relevant organising body for PSL and other tournaments. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, Akbar Opan's decision is final.

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted cannot be cancelled or modified by the player after placement.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game or betting session, Akbar Opan will investigate and, where possible, restore the session to the state immediately before the failure occurred.
• If a game is interrupted due to a server error or connectivity issue on Akbar Opan's side, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. If the interruption is due to the player's own connection, the outcome of the round stands if it was completed on the server.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game and are displayed within each game or betting market before you place a wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Akbar Opan. Engaging in any of these behaviours will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the platform software — including game errors that result in incorrect payouts. Any winnings obtained through a known software error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live poker or other multi-player formats.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating a betting syndicate through a personal account.
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age, location, or any other personal detail.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any match or event on which bets have been placed through the sports betting section.

Akbar Opan actively monitors accounts for irregular activity and reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation where prohibited conduct is suspected. All decisions regarding account suspension and forfeiture of funds in cases of prohibited conduct are at Akbar Opan's sole discretion.

8 Privacy & Data

Akbar Opan collects and processes personal data provided during registration and account use — including your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming history — for the purpose of operating your account, processing transactions, providing customer support, and complying with applicable legal obligations.

9 Limitation of Liability

Akbar Opan provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available, reliable, and free from technical errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and circumstances beyond our control may affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Akbar Opan shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to protect your credentials.
• Losses arising from reliance on incorrect game information, odds, or market data caused by a technical error where the error was promptly corrected.
• Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.

Akbar Opan reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where:
